Talking about my college life, When I took admission to this college, I was afraid as all the people were new to me. But soon, I started enjoying my college life & made some fantastic friends.
When I talk about my college, the first & foremost thing that comes to my mind is ‘Talents Hunt’ where I got my first opportunity to show case my talent. Secondly the ‘Annual fest” of the college, which is always filled with excitement & buzz. It gave opportunities to explore, compete & gave the platform to showcase our ability. There are many such things like industrial trip, departmental activities, Sport’s Day, Graduation Day which brings a lot of memories.
Coming to academics, teachers were very supportive. To the world, they are just teachers but for me they are much more than that. I am always grateful for what they have done all through these years. I don’t have any regrets about my institution because they have nurtured me with so much love and care. I am grateful for the knowledge that has been imparted to me. The entire institution has made a lasting impact on my life.

My journey as a Suranite began in the year 2022 when I was afraid of making new friends, getting adjusted to the new environment, new teachers, new methods of learning, and of course how I’ll spend my next two years in a strange atmosphere. But just after a few weeks things started to get simpler and never realized how college turned out to be my second home. The weekly ptb’s were very profitable during the final exams, the test analysis after each test was also advantageous.The teachers always stood by a student’s side, were always available in the departments even after the class hours to clear our doubts ,helped to make us realize our mistakes, never stepped back to help a student in any field.In conclusion, my college life was a multifaceted journey that encompassed academic pursuits, personal development, social interactions, and the exploration of passions.From afraid of entering a strange place to leaving the most comfortable place, MY COLLEGE! My experience as a student at Surana Ind PU College has been a great one. After my matriculation it was a nice opening for me to start a new journey, the quality of education and exposure has been exceptionally encouraging. I have also learnt a lot about inter-personal as well as intra- personal communication, leadership skills, Teamwork, Multitasking, experiences during sports events has been amazing. Since I am a Humanities Student, I have learnt that it is very important to think out of the box, being rational at the same time being more creative. All my teachers have been extremely supportive in my entire two years. I can tell that my perspective towards society and the world has become broader.
Throughout my college journey , I’ve been fortunate enough to have extremely supportive and understanding teachers who consistently go above and beyond to assist me in every aspect of my education. I was new to Bangalore, so Surana college is my very initial college from where I started my journey of education in Bangalore. Initially, I was totally disturbed by thinking that how I’ll manage everything but when I started coming to college everyone was too friendly and all teachers coordinated with me as they used to teach in English, and I didn’t feel any difficulties to understand the things. Speaking of teachers at Surana College, they are very courteous and supportive in my studies apart from this my teachers also encouraged as to take part in many cultural activities. At that time, I took a contentious decision to join Surana for my PUC, and I must say that it turned out to be my “tryst with destiny”! It was probably the finest moment of my life as my subsequent academic and co-curricular rendezvous stood testimony to it. Surana college has not only given me an opportunity to blossom, but nurtured and supported my scholastic journey seamlessly. During my two years in college, the landscape has been colored with melodies of singing, rhythms of dancing and many more activities. My experience in Surana College 2nd year PUC was excellent. They provided all the insights for examinations and prepared us very well in advance. Thorough revisions helped us to answer all the questions confidently. The materials provided by them were very useful. Time really passes soon. I finished my schooling at Insight academy before graduating and making my way into Surana. I was born and brought up in Bengaluru. My school life was very convenient like every student out there, my life was limited to home and school. My elder sister was an alumni of Surana College (2012-14) her reference made me take admission here. The teachers of every branch explained the concepts so well even a person like me, who had zero practical or theoretical knowledge about the commerce world, could catch on to the concepts very easily. My class teachers were the best friends of the students. They managed to maintain the balance between academics, fun, joy and discipline. I had a calmest and most dedicated teacher guiding us towards acquiring the best marks and made sure to keep the students motivated to learn. Never going to forget any of my teachers. My life at Surana is something that will always hold a very special place in my heart. The people I was surrounded with, the atmosphere, the friends I made, the memories we made together from the little trips to the canteen to the late-night group studies, all of it was one of the most fun times of my life. I am a guitarist by passion. One performance was all it took in the talent hunt competition in my first year and after that, every. single. Event or competition. I was encouraged to participate in all the cultural events. This made me grow in my artistic manner to such an extent that I cannot comprehend. The crowd going insane over my performances, the sound of their cheers will always be heard on my mind.
